Iv's Burritos is a Mexican Food Truck based in Melbourne, Australia.
Burrito means little donkey in Spanish, however we don't serve little donkeys in our burritos.
A burrito consists of a warmed flour tortilla, filled to near unwrappable capacity with saffron infused rice, beans, a filling of your choice (such as our smokey BBQ pulled pork or Mexican grilled chicken) then finished with tomato salsa and a hot sauce (such as jalapeno salsa verde or chipotle mayonnaise).
Central to Iv's Burrito's ethos is to source as many ethical ingredients as possible.
Therefore, all our meat and poultry are from farms in Victoria that are free-range, from farmers that look after their animals.
We can also cater for private functions and events, with our repertoire extending to tacos and a whole range of Mexican finger foods.
